Helped us out with less than 24 hours notice to move from a four bed, and were friendly, respectful and efficient. All belongings treated with care, and no breakages. Price is extremely competitive, with no hidden extras. Really impressed with these guys and wouldn^'t hesitate to use them again.

Waseem and his team were excellent as well as friendly, polite and good humoured. They worked steadily and carefully moving us from Peterborough to Wisbech in timely fashion. The guys were lovely and Waseem is a top guy. Thanks to all of them.

Can^'t recommend A&R enough! They held all my furniture with such care and made my moving so much easier! They have a can-do attitude and are so polite. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

A lovely job done moving within the city. Their vans could possibly double as a TARDIS, given how much they managed to cram into a 3.5 Tonne Luton. Both guys were fantastic getting stuff from the house to the van and vice versa, and all at a fair price. Thankfully no need to use the included insurance as everything was handled with the utmost care
